Financial guru Robert Kiyosaki call you a “Waster”. The banks call you a “Revolver”. I call you desperate for help!
Your emotions are out of control and it is literally causing you to be on the brink of bankruptcy, or worse, poverty!
My advice to you my friend is to take these action steps NOW:
1. Get counseling to overcome whatever emotional conflict you may be struggling with (Don’t worry about the cost, you’d probably just waste it on things you don’t need anyway, and you REALLY need help!). I’ve used Talkspace which you can communicate via text or facetime through an app, which is SUPER convenient for busy and frugal people. To get started, here is $50 off your next month.
2. Find a very trusted accountability partner that you will consult with BEFORE you spend unnecessary money to comfort your soul.
3. Create a budget and stick to it! Once you can get out of “bad debt” and put your bills on automatic bill pay, and have enough money stashed for a “rainy day”, maybe, just maybe, you can afford to splurge a little.
Until then, buy a journal and vent about your problems. Just don’t “swipe” them away!
